Feedback on the opening of the Incomparable 5 * Hotel
This is a new and very fine achievement: the Hotel L’Incomparable in Tresserve (Aix les Bains), proud of its 5 * rating, it sits majestically on the heights of the largest natural lake in France, Lac du Bourget.
The Group Lodge & Spa Collection, already known for its 3 5 * hotels in the resort, the Koh-I Nor ***** (Val Thorens), the Taj-I Mah ***** (Les Arcs), the Daria -I Nor ***** (Alpe d’Huez) chose a new destination, between lake and mountains for this new rough diamond.
For this exceptional opening which took place on June 26, we had the chance to organize a series of 6-handed dinner with the exceptional presence of the 3 chefs of the group!
At the Incomparable and as a real master of the place, Antoine Cevoz-Mamy, a young talented chef, welcomed his colleagues from resort hotels for this opening and to awaken the taste buds of our guests.
Eric Samson, experienced chef of the three restaurants of the 5 * Koh I-Nor Hotel in Val Thorens, his cuisine is inventive and daring, enriched by his Breton roots, deliciously associated with his experience in Périgord and sublimated by the Savoy terroir. Each menu is a story, the story of a lover of exceptional, seasonal products.
And by Stéphane Tarabla, talented chef of the restaurant l’Améthyste at the 5 * Daria I-Nor Hotel in Alpe d’Huez. Mad about nature and gathering, Stéphane Tarabla knows the local products he finds well: River fish (eels, crayfish and trout), white and farm meats, vegetables from the valley make up his menus: “Terre hivernale”, “Source and Vegetal ”and“ Root and Mineral ”. He cooks them with talent and originality, in an eco-responsible, generous and sincere approach.
Between technique, precision and creativity, our three chefs were able to pool their talent in the service of the Incomparable and our resident chef Antoine Cevoz-Mamy.

Antoine Cevoz Mamy invites you to discover unique surprise menus created exclusively for the Incomparable’s restaurant from local products that take you to meet the producers and the flavors to which he holds dear.
The menus are available in several formulas:
Discovery Menu in 3 courses at 55 €,
Prestige Menu in 5 courses at 85 €
Incomparable Menu in 7 courses at 115 €.
At noon we also offer a 2-course formula at 35 €.
At dinner, the formula is available with food and wine pairings or dishes and Champagnes
The Incomparable restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.
