Benoît Soucille, chef sommelier for the Koh-I Nor Hotel***** in Val Thorens, he is also responsible of the wine list for the Taj-I Mah Hotel***** in Arc 2000 and Lodge & Spa Collection with an only one philosophy: the taste and the discovery.
For 4 years, Benoît established with a lot of patience, a cellar in harmony with the cooking of our chef Eric Samson.
