Mylène, Marion, Emilie, how can you describe your role to our clients ?
Mylène : We inform and advice our clients about the hotel and the resort and accompany them in the organisation of their stay with the anticipation of each detail.
Marion : We propose a customised offer according to each wishes and requirements to make their stay unforgettable.
Emilie : Our role is to organise everything, to permit to our clients to enjoy their stay and have nothing to think about when they arrive to our hotels.
Can you share an anecdote ?
Marion : We have prepared a bedroom for a marriage proposal. The client asked us to fill up the bath with fresh roses petals, to arrange some petals on the bed and deliver a pink champagne. It was perfect for his proposal, until the temperature of the bath before their arrival in room.
Mylène : A client asked for his friend’s birthday, to fill up a mezzanine suite with balloons. It was a true challenge at 2300m of hight but the result was perfect and clients were so satisfy !
Emilie : And very often some clients want a Christmas tree in their bedroom, so we decorate it according to their taste and wishes.
From a booking of a taxi at the airport to the provision of a ski outfit for the last little child though the organisation of a surprise day for your dear soul…
