After his certificate in the famous school Ferrandi, he learned the strictness with great chefs and made his experience in prestigious houses starred by Michelin and in London.
Robin has lived in Perigord like Eric Samson, they have the same taste for delicated flavours.
This year, the Chef Eric Samson asked to Robin to join him at the Koh-I Nor Hotel***** and to prepare 5 desserts for the Diamant Noir restaurant. They discovered they have the same gustatory ambition and their creations perfect match together.
