In Hotel Daria-I Nor ***** in Alpe d’Huez, we welcome you in our Restaurant l’Améthyste for a culinary discovery between local products and restyled specialties, delicacy and gastronomy!
In a design spirit with modern patterns, the restaurant is a stylish frame, simple and modern, perfect place to savour our Chef tasty cuisine. Either for a 5-course menu included in the half board formula or for an exclusive moment you will appreciate an evening with a large choice of dishes.
With its large bow-windows and its terrace, the restaurant afford itself the luxury of the sight on the surrounding mountains to go along with your moment. In order to enjoy from the terrace, we suggest our Ofyr barbecue cooking. You don’t know the Ofyr barbecue yet? It is the favourite barbecue of the natural cooking and softly flavoured meats lovers.
Our Wine Waiter will offer you a senses journey thank to our large wine offer : the wine cellar is in the middle of the restaurant and has been tailored made to blend into the restaurant atmosphere.
In our dedicated space, enjoy from a cocktail created by our Head Bartender who is an alchemist with limitless imagination, or enjoy from a cocooning moment around the large fireplace.
