Stéphane Tarabla, 33 years old, born in Provence, was spotted in Haute Corse by Christophe Aribert (doubly starred chef located in Uriage, Maison Aribert) who quickly detected his potential and his know-how learned from the MOFs Didier Agnès, Serge Chenet and many others in prestigious establishments on the coast and in the mountains.
Settled in Oisans for 3 years, crazy about nature and picking, Stéphane Tarabla knows well the local products he finds in the 60 km round: River Fish (eels, crayfish and trout), white meat and farm, Valley vegetables make up 2 distinct menus: “Source and Vegetal” and “Root and Mineral”. He cooks them with talent and originality, in an eco-responsible, generous and sincere approach. Its originality, its creativity, its requirement surprised and delighted the guests of this first winter!
